How does the spark of an idea become a full-fledged program? We’ll discuss your vision and the problem you wish to solve, and then we’ll design a process that may include: 

• Defining what success looks like, and building the necessary strategies to get there

• Researching and analyzing the environment in which the program operates

• Identifying best practices and promising models

• Designing the new program or organization to align with the organizational mission and community need

• Assisting with pilot implementation planning, including start-up activities, capacity needs, and budgets
