Facilitation

When multi-generational families want to collaborate on giving, family members may assume that they will share the same giving priorities—but this is not always the case. To create a plan with shared vision and values, it’s often a good idea to bring in a third party to facilitate the conversations. We work closely with our clients to identify what is most important to them.

When boards and staff want to forge a new direction, it takes a skilled facilitator to support gaining shared vision and goals, idea generation, constructive discussions, and collective decision-making.

And when there are opportunities for organizations to collaborate in order to magnify impact in the community, we find the best way to accomplish shared goals.

Our guidance ensures everyone can participate in crafting goal-oriented giving or services, and that when decisions need to be made, consensus will be reached.
